• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand each client's mental health history, concerns, and treatment needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clients' specific circumstances, using evidence-based methodologies.
• Utilize effective counseling techniques to help clients navigate personal challenges, fostering a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of counseling techniques and mental health trends to provide high-quality, informed care.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• Current and valid state license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• Strong problem-solving skills with a capacity to individualize treatment plans based on patient needs.
• A willingness to collaborate with other healthcare professionals and refer clients to additional resources when necessary.

• Previous experience in a community health clinic or similar setting is highly regarded.
