Job description

We are recruiting for an AI/BI Analyst to join the BI Reporting & Analytics Team within the GP Consumer Products Group (CPG). This role will focus on creating new AI agents and automations using tools such as Databricks Genie Agents, Claude/Cowork, Cursor AI, and other emerging AI platforms, while also helping maintain and support CPG's existing BI reporting environment across Qlik, Power BI, and Databricks.
The successful candidate is a self-motivated, high-energy individual who thrives in a high-demand, performance-driven environment — able to manage multiple priorities in parallel and meet deadlines on short timeframes. They combine technical curiosity with strong communication skills, comfortable translating between technical concepts and business needs across all levels of the organization, from front-line stakeholders to senior leadership.
What You Will Do

  • Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and design new AI agents and agentic workflows for CPG business use cases
  • Build and maintain AI agents and automations using tools such as Databricks Genie Agents, Claude/Cowork, Cursor AI, and other emerging AI platforms
  • Partner with CPG business teams to help implement and scale the organization's AI environment
  • Maintain and support existing BI reporting and dashboards in Qlik, Power BI, Databricks, and other platforms, including troubleshooting, updates, and enhancements as business needs evolve
  • Apply data modeling and data governance concepts to ensure clean, governed data foundations for AI/BI work
  • Write and optimize SQL queries to support analysis, agent development, and reporting
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders — gathering requirements, explaining solutions, and building trust across the organization
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with agents, automations, and BI tools
  • Maintain technical documentation for agents, data pipelines, and governance processes
  • Stay current on AI/BI tooling and emerging generative AI capabilities across platforms

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree, or relevant certifications in lieu of a degree
  • 0-3 years of experience in business, IT, or data/analytics functions

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience building AI agents, automations, or agentic systems using any modern AI tooling (e.g., Databricks Genie Agents, Claude/Cowork, Cursor AI)
  • Experience with Qlik, Power BI, or other BI/reporting platforms
  • Databricks certifications (e.g., Data Analyst Associate, Generative AI Engineer Associate)
  • SQL skills
  • Experience with AWS and Amazon Bedrock
  • Experience with other AI Platforms
  • Prior experience explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Consumer products business experience
