Intellectual Property Counsel

Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Intellectual Property Counsels with strong expertise in technology transactions, contract drafting, negotiation, and redlining to support an innovative legal AI project.

You will apply your legal expertise to review contract scenarios, evaluate AI-generated legal responses, and develop standards that improve AI systems' ability to identify contractual risks and apply sound legal judgment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform simulated contract drafting, negotiation, and redlining exercises.
  • Review and evaluate AI responses to contract and negotiation scenarios.
  • Provide precise legal feedback to improve AI accuracy and reasoning.
  • Develop objective evaluation frameworks, playbooks, and grading criteria for contract-related tasks.
  • Collaborate with product and research teams to refine legal guidelines, datasets, and best practices.
  • Assess contractual risks and provide practical recommendations based on technology transaction experience.
