Join a pioneering enterprise, a key partner with Aquent, that is redefining its industry through cutting-edge digital transformation and advanced AI solutions. This is a unique opportunity to step into a pivotal role, driving critical AI strategic initiatives and directly shaping the future of AI adoption across the organization. You will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless execution and successful deployment of AI platforms and solutions, directly influencing strategic objectives and operational efficiency.
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional to join a cross-functional AI team dedicated to advancing their core digital strategy. This is an unparalleled opportunity to contribute to significant organizational impact, taking the next step toward senior project management by providing critical support to leadership, product managers, and collaborators. Your work will directly influence the organization's strategic objectives and operational efficiency, making a tangible difference in their journey towards an AI-powered future.
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain meticulous tracking of action items, deliverables, and commitments across multiple AI initiatives, holding leaders and directors accountable through clear, updated dashboards and comprehensive project plans.
  • Ensure zero missed deadlines by proactively identifying risks, escalating blockers, and driving resolution with relentless follow-through.
  • Facilitate seamless communication across business units, technical teams, and project stakeholders, translating complex AI workstreams into clear status updates and actionable insights.
  • Apply Lean management methodologies to eliminate waste, optimize workflows, and drive continuous improvement across AI projects.
  • Take ownership of unassigned action items and ambiguous challenges, focusing on solving problems rather than simply checking boxes.
  • Manage multiple competing priorities across large-scale, cross-functional AI initiatives.
  • Support the deployment and adoption of AI platforms and solutions across the enterprise, ensuring projects stay on track and aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Embrace iterative progress over perfection, taking initiative and making informed decisions with incomplete information while pivoting quickly based on feedback and changing circumstances.

Required Qualifications
  • 4-6 years of project management experience, with at least 4 years in an agency environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and Lean management principles with hands-on experience implementing process improvements.
  • Demonstrated experience managing large-scale, cross-collaborative projects impacting 1000+ people.
  • Hands-on experience with AI platforms, tools, or solutions (implementation, adoption, or integration).
  • Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Expert-level proficiency in project management tools, dashboard creation, and status reporting (Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or similar agile/lean project management platforms).
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a pragmatic mindset, self-starter mentality, and comfort holding senior leaders accountable with diplomacy and data.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications
  • Lean/Six Sigma training.
