Position Summary
Celularity is seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Client Services Representative to support our clients, internal partners, and business operations. This role serves as a key point of contact for customer inquiries, order support, issue resolution, and ongoing client communication.
This position is primarily remote, with occasional in-office attendance required for team meetings, training sessions, special projects, or other business needs. To support our operational and client coverage requirements, candidates must be flexible with work schedules, including the ability to work later-day and evening hours.
The ideal candidate is proactive, responsive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service while working effectively in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer and client inquiries.
  • Respond to requests via phone, email, and other communication channels in a professional and timely manner.
  • Process and manage orders, requests, and documentation accurately.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
  • Maintain accurate records within company systems and databases.
  • Monitor customer accounts and proactively identify opportunities to improve service levels.
