We're helping people by providing them a world class benefits experience.  Our 401(k) plan is a rapidly growing program  at Justworks. Here you'll have the opportunity to help manage the day-to-day operations, interface with our vendor, and help make a difference on how our program operates.

Your Success ProfileWhat You Will Work On
  • Perform day-to-day operations for our 401(k) program as part of Justworks Financial Benefits Programs
  • Resolve benefit inquiries/issues generated by Customer Success and Sales teams within the agreed upon service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Triage incoming issues/inquiries to identify need for engineering intervention and escalate accordingly
  • Work with third party vendors to resolve escalated issues - enrollment errors, plan set ups, document requests, etc.
  • Resolve employee and employer level benefit requests such as; new enrollments, plan and amendment set ups, loan setups, etc.
  • Assist senior team members in building out internal benefit resources (help articles, training decks, etc.)
  • Develop creative solutions for new issues with assistance from supervisors using available resources and systems
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in an operations, onboarding role or customer service related field
  • Knowledge of Excel or equivalent required; SQL knowledge preferred
  • Experience in 401(k) and knowledge of employer-sponsored benefit plans strongly preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Process-driven and technologically savvy
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Experience breaking down complex concepts to core details

The base wage range for this position based inside the NYC-metro area is targeted at $32.22 to $39.19 per hour.
