• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions using secure telehealth platforms, ensuring client confidentiality and comfort during each session.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments that capture client histories, behavioral patterns, and emotional challenges to create tailored treatment plans.
• Employ evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Informed Care, to effectively address mental health needs.
• Provide crisis intervention and appropriate referrals to ensure that clients receive necessary support in times of emotional distress.
• Maintain precise and HIPAA-compliant documentation within our electronic health records system, ensuring all client interactions are transparently recorded.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including educators and mental health professionals, to promote integrated care and support for clients and their families.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, attend team meetings, and participate in supervision to enhance clinical skills and contribute to a learning environment.

This role primarily focuses on providing mental health support to children and families within the school context. You will be responsible for managing a caseload that entails a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and trauma responses. Your work will directly impact the student population, helping to create a supportive and nurturing educational environment by addressing their emotional and psychological needs.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program, demonstrating a high level of knowledge and proficiency in the field.
• An active New Jersey LCSW license is required to practice and provide clinical supervision.
• Proficiency in utilizing virtual therapy platforms and electronic documentation systems to ensure effective service delivery and record-keeping.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective collaboration with clients, families, and multidisciplinary team members.
• Demonstrated ability to foster trusting relationships with clients, ensuring a therapeutic environment conducive to growth and recovery.

• A minimum of two years of experience in delivering therapy, particularly within school settings, is preferred to effectively understand the nuances of this environment.

The compensation package for this full-time position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
