Roles can include game development, customer support, live gaming operations, game testing, and streaming. These jobs are common in online casinos, video game companies, and esports organizations. Remote gaming professionals use digital tools to collaborate with teams and engage with players. This allows for flexibility while contributing to the gaming industry from anywhere with an internet connection.

Communication is generally handled through chat, video calls, and project management tools. You’ll often work with a distributed team and may have flexible hours depending on the company’s structure. This environment encourages independence and self-motivation while offering plenty of opportunities to grow your skills within the gaming industry.

Job description

InsideJob is on a mission to help great manufacturers win the work they deserve, and we're building a class of 20 to 30 remote SDRs to be the sharp end of it.

You'll be on the phone with the owners and managers who run machine shops, fab shops, and factories across the country. We hand you the leads. Our platform powers your dials. Your job: start the conversation, spark the interest, and book the meeting. Our closing team takes it from there.

Sales is a numbers game, and this role pays you on the math. Every sat meeting pays. Bonuses stack on top monthly, quarterly, and annually, so the same meeting pays four times. No cap, no ceiling, no waiting for a raise. You get out exactly what you put in.

It starts with virtual training: August 17th to 19th. Three days, held online, no travel. Learn the business, master the pitch, pass the script test on Day 3, and you're certified and dialing from home.

What You'll Do

  • Make high-volume outbound calls daily to manufacturing decision-makers
  • Book qualified meetings for our closing team and own them from first dial to sat
  • Log every call and outcome in our CRM
  • Run our proven script and take daily coaching

What We Look For

  • Confident and coachable on the phone; you can lead a conversation with a stranger and take direction to get better
  • Self-motivated with the discipline to hit daily dial goals without anyone watching
  • Sales, cold calling, appointment setting, or call center experience helps but isn't required
  • Computer, reliable high-speed internet, and a quiet place to work (required)
  • Available for all three virtual training days, August 17th to 19th

If effort-in, dollars-out is how you want to be paid, apply today.
