Incentives Business Specialist
As an Incentives Business Specialist, you will support the Incentive Dealer Program through program entry, quality control, system support, troubleshooting, issue resolution, and business analysis. This work at home role partners closely with Sales, Operations, and cross-functional teams to turn data into actionable recommendations that improve program performance, enhance client outcomes, and support business decisions. This position includes 20% travel to a local office.

What you will do in this role

  • Enter monthly program incentives through the Fusion system with a high level of accuracy

  • Conduct quality control checks within the Fusion system to ensure incentive data is error-free

  • Provide system support, troubleshoot issues, and help resolve program-related concerns as needed

  • Respond promptly to requests for dealer and customer research

  • Analyze program reporting trends at the national, regional, district, and dealer levels to identify insights and performance patterns

  • Provide Marketing Consultants with analysis on the impact of various programs across the client base

  • Develop detailed queries and query routines using existing database tools to support reporting objectives

  • Create a systematic approach for running queries and delivering recurring recommendations to Sales, Operations, and other internal teams

  • Make recommendations to Sales, Operations, and account teams on process improvements, internal enhancements, and client-centric program improvements

  • Recommend ways for clients to better use program tools to drive stronger performance

  • Support analysis related to program finances and help identify opportunities to improve cost effectiveness

  • Recommend the use and implementation of business intelligence query tools

  • Perform additional duties as assigned

The base salary range for this position is USD $50,400 - $63,500, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, registered retirement savings plan, paid time off and holidays and paid learning days.
