Job Description: Print/Graphics Producer responsible for managing high-volume print and graphic assets across a multi-location experiential marketing activation, ensuring deliverables are tracked, approved, produced, and delivered on schedule.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Oversee asset tracking and route information to design teams.
  • Track deliverable progress and maintain accurate production trackers.
  • Proofread assets and manage proofing and approval processes.
  • Coordinate with print vendors to ensure timely delivery.
  • Support quoting and finalize graphic estimates based on deliverables.
  • Vet and qualify print vendors and establish production schedules.
  • Maintain master print trackers and organized folder structures.
  • Support development of internal graphics matrices.
  • Attend team meetings 2–3 times per week and check in frequently throughout the workday.
  • Support onboarding and review project management and creative materials.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Print/Graphics Producer or similar.
  • True freelance availability; this role is not intended for someone working a permanent job on the side.
  • Recent experiential agency experience.
  • Strong print production and vendor management experience.
  • Experience managing high volumes of assets for live events.
  • Experience managing multi-location partnership activations.
  • Proven ability to drive assets across multiple locations.
  • Experience creating and managing asset/graphics matrices.
