Job Opportunity: Weekend Diagnostic Radiologist

Our organization is actively looking for a dedicated Diagnostic Radiologist to join our team on a weekend-only basis. This ongoing role focuses on delivering exceptional body imaging and emergency radiology services during the weekends.

Position Overview

This position is fully integrated within our department, offering:

  • Consistent Weekend Schedule: Coverage from Friday to Sunday.
  • Productivity Expectations: Approximately 400 – 450 wRVUs each weekend.
  • Academic Environment: Work within a major academic medical center with Level 1 trauma services.
  • Collaborative Atmosphere: Access to subspecialty support.
  • Remote Work Options: Flexibility to work from home.
Qualifications
  • MD or DO degree.
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Diagnostic Radiology.
  • Preferred: Fellowship training in Body Imaging, ER/Trauma Radiology, or a related specialty.
  • Possession of a valid California medical license.

Compensation & Benefits

The starting base compensation for this role ranges from $600,000 to $650,000, adjusted based on experience and faculty rank. This figure does not include variable compensation or additional productivity bonuses and is subject to departmental compensation plans.
