Our opportunity:

As a Customer Renewal Specialist at Automation Anywhere, the leader in Agentic Process Automation (APA), you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients continue to maximize value from our innovative, industry-leading solutions. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and negotiating complex, high-value renewal contracts (typically $3M-$5M), working with senior business and technical stakeholders. Your background in renewals owning and driving renewal outcomes for a portfolio of enterprise accounts, particularly within the SaaS or subscription space, will set you up for success. Who you'll report to:

This role reports to Sr. Manager, Customer Retention

Location:

San Jose, CA Office- 3 to 4 days in office

You'll make an impact by being responsible for:

  • Meeting or exceeding assigned objectives and quotas for renewal business
  • Working closely with Customer Success, Sales, Contract Ops, and Support teams to stay updated with customer issues and problems affecting customer retention
  • Working closely with the Sales Team to track any upsell or cross opportunities and ensure renewals stay on track
  • Identifying "at-risk" renewal clients early in the cycle and defining and addressing issues inhibiting a successful, timely renewal
  • Educating and effectively communicating the value of company solutions to client decision-makers, including 'C-level' business leaders, technical staff, legal, security, and operations personnel in prospective accounts
  • Maintaining, updating, and managing all Salesforce.com renewal opportunities

You will be a great fit if you have:

  • 4+ years of Renewal or Customer Retention experience, carrying a quota
  • Experience in pricing and negotiating enterprise-sized contracts
  • Experience using Salesforce.com as CRM required
  • Software Sales experience; SaaS or subscription salesis preferred
  • Experience and knowledge of AI, Automation, and/or APA preferred

Theon-target earnings (base salary + on-target incentives)for this position is$120,000 - $150,000a year. Thesalaryultimately offered is determined through a review of education, industry experience, training, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant in alignment with market data and other factors. This position is also eligible forequity and a full range of medical and other benefits.
