  • Optimize performance through code splitting, lazy loading, and efficient rendering strategies.
  • Implement secure front end patterns, including dependency hygiene, API input validation, and token handling.
  • Review and refactor front end code to ensure maintainability and consistent patterns.
  • Mentor team members on React, TypeScript, testing strategies, and SPA architecture.
Education and Background
  • Minimum Experience: 5+ years of professional software development, including substantial front-end experience with React.js.
  • Experience owning front end architecture or major UI components in production SPA applications.

  • Experience consuming RESTful APIs and collaborating with backend developers to shape API contracts.
  • Understanding of accessibility and compliance standards common in government systems.
  • Experience deploying front end applications to AWS services such as S3, CloudFront, API Gateway, and Cognito.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in UI performance, rendering, and cross browser compatibility.
  • Self directed with the ability to own features from concept to production.
Preferred Skills

  • React.js, React Router, and component-based architecture.
  • SPA security patterns for authenticated applications.
