Key responsibilities:

  • Design and build multi-agent workflows that support planning, tool integration, state management, human review, error recovery, and complex decision-making.
  • Develop scalable backend services, APIs, and lightweight full-stack interfaces for AI-powered products.
  • Build RAG and enterprise knowledge-retrieval systems, including ingestion, embeddings, retrieval, reranking, access controls, and citations.
  • Establish evaluation frameworks to measure quality, latency, reliability, safety, and cost.
  • Implement practical security, observability, monitoring, and deployment practices for production AI workloads.
  • Evaluate emerging models, frameworks, and AI development tools to improve delivery speed and product quality.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 4+ years of hands-on software engineering and/or ML engineering experience, with a proven record of shipping production software.
  • Experience building agentic applications beyond simple chatbot wrappers, including multi-step workflows, tool use, orchestration, memory, and failure handling.
  • Hands-on familiarity with Google ADK, LangChain, LangGraph, and/or DeepAgents.
  • Strong Python, FastAPI, asynchronous programming, API design, Docker, and modern web-development skills.
  • Experience with LLM applications, RAG architectures, vector search, model evaluation, tracing, and guardrails.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $75.00/hr.
