• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments of clients' mental health needs using standardized evaluation tools and personal interviews.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that outline specific therapeutic goals, interventions, and measurable outcomes.
• Provide individual and group counseling sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges.
• Maintain accurate and detailed client records, documenting progress notes in compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and enhance treatment efficacy.
• Stay informed about advancements and best practices in mental health by participating in ongoing education, training workshops, and professional conferences.
• Adhere to all ethical guidelines and standards of the counseling profession, ensuring client confidentiality and safety at all times.

You will primarily serve a diverse patient population, including children, families, and individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges. Your experience and understanding of specific issues, such as trauma, substance abuse, and family dynamics, will allow you to connect with clients on a deeper level and provide individualized support to help them achieve their therapeutic goals.

• A Master's Degree in Counseling or a related field is required.
• Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Pennsylvania.
• A minimum of three years of relevant experience in mental health counseling responsibilities.
• Proficient communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients swiftly.
• Organizational skills to manage a full caseload effectively, while also recording and managing documentation accurately.
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

• Experience working with specific populations, including but not limited to children, adolescents, families, and clients dealing with trauma or substance abuse.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling techniques to ensure effective virtual sessions.
• Contributions to program development or community outreach initiatives would be advantageous.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 95,000 annually, along with a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
