Job description

Job Summary The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for the maintenance, support, implementation, and advanced technical programming support of the CRM Slate, third-party applications, and third-party integrations, as well as project management. This role leads medium-sized software development projects, analyzes functional requirements, builds prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions within Slate, supports third-party applications, coordinates with vendors to resolve integration issues, and creates and maintains technical and process documentation. The analyst works under the guidance of senior personnel and reports to a Director or designated administrator.

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience Experience analyzing functional requirements and performing gap analysis between business processes and proposed solutions Experience with SQL and modern development tools Experience building prototypes/models Ability to prioritize tasks independently and manage workload to meet project budgets, timelines, and deliverables Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare and organize complex technical documentation Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with CRM solutions Experience with integrations Experience supporting third-party application and associated integrations Previous experience in higher education Project management experience or familiarity with project management methodologies Supplemental Information Applications & resumes will be accepted until the position is filled, however; to ensure full consideration, application materials should be received no later than the end of day on June 28, 2026. The starting salary range for this position is $88,020.00 - $99,500.00.
