Compensation & Growth Path
This is a part time equity / token-based cofounder opportunity. You will receive equity in Launch Legends, Autheo, and the WFO Creator Network, along with token allocations in the Autheo blockchain. Personal Social Media Manager for Web3 Executive, Part-time, equity-based cofounder role.
Autheo is building a groundbreaking Layer-0 Operating System with an integrated Layer-1 blockchain, unifying Web2 reliability with Web3 sovereignty to solve interoperability, data ownership, and enterprise adoption challenges. This role supports a key executive leader with extensive experience in private equity ventures, systems integration, blockchain innovation, and strategic capital advisory-by managing their personal social media presence. You'll craft and execute content that positions them as a leading voice in Web3 infrastructure, decentralized identity, AI-native ecosystems, interoperability solutions, and bridging centralized/decentralized worlds, driving engagement, thought leadership, and Autheo ecosystem growth across X.com, LinkedIn, other platforms, and blogs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Strategy & Creation:
- Develop and execute a personalized content calendar aligned with the executive's insights on Web3 interoperability, enterprise blockchain adoption, decentralized identity, AI sovereignty, private equity in disruptive tech, and Autheo's vision for a unified, sovereign foundation.
- Create compelling posts, threads, articles, and updates for X.com (threads, polls, replies), LinkedIn (long-form posts, articles, networking), blogs (e.g., Autheo blog contributions or executive-authored pieces), and other platforms.
- Translate complex Web3 and enterprise concepts into accessible, engaging narratives that highlight expertise in venture origination, capital raises, systems integration, and blockchain-driven innovation.
2. Community & Engagement Management:
- Monitor, respond to, and amplify interactions across platforms to build authentic connections with developers, investors, enterprises, and Web3 communities.
- Manage cross-posting, scheduling, and performance tracking to maximize reach and engagement while maintaining the executive's professional, visionary voice and tone.
- Identify opportunities for collaborations, AMAs, guest posts, or live sessions to elevate visibility and thought leadership.
3. Analytics & Optimization:
- Track key metrics (engagement, follower growth, impressions, conversions to Autheo ecosystem activity) and provide weekly reports with insights and recommendations.
- Ensure brand consistency, crisis monitoring, and full alignment with Autheo's mission across all personal channels.
Qualifications
Required:
- 3+ years experience managing executive or personal social media in tech, fintech, Web3, private equity, or high-growth startups, with proven results in building thought leadership.
- Strong understanding of Web3/blockchain topics (interoperability, DePIN, decentralized identity, RWA, tokenomics, AI-Web3 integration, enterprise migration) and ability to research/translate complex ideas into executive-level content.
- Expert-level proficiency with X.com (Twitter), LinkedIn, content tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Notion), analytics platforms, and writing/editing for professional audiences.
- Excellent writing skills for threads, long-form posts, blogs, and matching an executive voice (professional, strategic, visionary, approachable).
- Experience handling high-visibility accounts with discretion, crisis response, and community engagement.
Preferred:
- Prior work supporting C-level executives or founders in Web3/crypto/blockchain/private equity spaces.
- Portfolio of managed accounts showing growth in followers, engagement, or lead generation in tech/Web3/venture contexts.

- Develop and launch a 90-day personalized content strategy and calendar for the executive, including 3-5 weekly posts across X.com and LinkedIn, plus 2-3 blog-style pieces or long-form updates.
- Achieve measurable growth: +10-15% increase in combined followers/engagement on key platforms, with at least 2 high-engagement threads or posts (e.g., 500+ likes/interactions).
- Produce and schedule 20+ original content pieces (threads, posts, articles) highlighting insights on Web3 interoperability, enterprise adoption challenges, blockchain innovation, and Autheo milestones.
- Set up tracking dashboard and weekly reporting for metrics, including optimization recommendations and alignment with emerging trends.
