• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and emotional states, utilizing standardized diagnostic tools and interviews.
• Design and implement tailored individualized treatment plans based on each client's unique needs and therapeutic goals.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, which may include individual, family, and group therapy, while adapting approaches to suit diverse client populations.
• Monitor and document clients' progress meticulously, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on feedback and observable outcomes.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support during sessions, ensuring that clients in distress receive the help they need promptly.
• Maintain accurate, secure, and confidential client records in strict accordance with applicable legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, involving psychiatrists, social workers, and other health professionals, to ensure holistic care delivery.
• Stay informed about new research and developments in mental health therapies to continually enhance service efficacy.
• Engage in regular supervision and continuing education opportunities to refine clinical skills and professional knowledge.
• Adhere to professional standards and ethical guidelines as determined by state licensing boards and relevant organizations.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field.
• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (e.g., LMFT, LCPC, LCSW) is required.
