Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate patient needs and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual circumstances.

• Implement innovative solution-based therapeutic interventions that address various mental health concerns, fostering a supportive therapeutic alliance.

• Maintain meticulous and timely clinical recordsusing our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, participating in regular case conferences to ensure integrated and coordinated care.

• Provide education, resources, and support to patients and their families, empowering them to engage actively in their own treatment and recovery.

• Engage in continuous professional development by staying informed about the latest developments in mental health research and treatment methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse range of patients, including individuals from various age groups, backgrounds, and cultural identities. LCSWs will have the opportunity to work with clients facing an array of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, thereby making a meaningful impact in their lives and communities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Nevada.

• Strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect with patients from a range of backgrounds.

Preferred Experience

We are looking for candidates with at least two years of experience in a clinical social work role, particularly in mental health settings. Experience with remote patient care and familiarity with teletherapy tools and practices are advantageous.
