About the Job. We are seeking an experienced operations professional to oversee the firm’s daily back-office functions including new accounts, customer due diligence, AML, licensing and registration, securities transfers, wires, DWAC, ACATS and all other back-office aspects.

•          5-10 years of relevant broker dealer back-office operations experience

•          Active FINRA registration (Series 24)

•          Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field

•          Working knowledge of U.S. broker-dealer rules and regulations

•          Oversee Back-Office Operations and new accounts.

•          Knowledge of fixed income, equities, options and Rule 144 sales.

•          Able to perform tasks with minimal supervision

•          Ability to work independently and as part of a team

•          Familiarity with WebCRD

•          Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail

•          Strong communication and interpersonal skills

•          Prior experience with or at a clearing firm is a plus.

•          Service customers’ accounts.

•          Administer access to firm’s clearing platforms

•          Assist with compliance reviews

•          Assist with the coordination of external audits and examinations
