What you'll be responsible for.
  • Manage the client relationship by overseeing everything from status calls to solution walkthroughs, feature training, and strategy sessions.
  • Maintain timelines for regular client support requests. Responsible for client delivery.
  • Partner with clients to understand their goals, objectives and grow their business.
  • Contribute to the product feedback loop, providing requirements to Product and Engineering on how feedback should be incorporated into the requested feature.
  • Identify areas for increased efficiency, from processes to frameworks and automated tools, operating under the belief that if you do something twice, you can find a more efficient approach.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to provide requirements on new feature requests.
Requirements.
  • 3+ years of experience.
  • Operations, product management, project management or client relations experience.
  • Self-directed learning style; naturally operate with an execution mindset and enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, with the desire to implement process and standardize as you go.
  • Detail and deadline oriented.
  • Responsible, reliable, and flexible.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Shopify/eCommerce experience is a plus.
