Role: Power BI Developer (W2 Position)

Location: Dearborn, MI (Hybrid)

Duration: 12+ Months

Experience: 7+ Years

JD:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for digital analytics purposes.
  • Work with clickstream and website data to drive analysis and insights.
  • Perform DAX calculations and data modeling to support analytics needs.
  • Ensure dashboards tell a clear story, including KPIs, trends, and actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders (digital teams, non-vehicle teams) to gather requirements and refine dashboards.
  • Design front-end dashboards to optimize user experience and usability.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong Power BI development skills (data modeling, DAX, visualization design).
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics implementation and web analytics.
  • Data engineering experience, including handling website clickstream data.
  • Analytical mindset with strong storytelling skills through dashboards.
  • Portfolio or previous dashboards demonstrating your work—screenshots, links, or example dashboards are required. Providing these examples will set your candidacy apart.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience gathering requirements from multiple stakeholders.
  • Cloud platform experience (Azure preferred; GCP a plus).
  • Understanding of end-user experience and front-end dashboard design.

Other Requirements:

  • Candidates must be in the Eastern Time Zone (remote is acceptable).
  • If the candidate is truly in Power BI, personal example dashboards are acceptable to demonstrate based on expertise.
