Sales Enablement Specialistย @RELEX Solutionsย 

Reports to: Sales Enablement Manager

Job purpose: Act as the enablement partner for the Americas region (with special focus in North America) - building a deep understanding of the region's market and sales team and extending RELEX's global enablement initiatives locally by supporting sellers through onboarding, training, content, and day-to-day coaching.

Employment type:Permanent, full-time, remote role with some hybrid office time in ATL.

Locations:Mustbe based in Atlanta, GA area, though this is mostly a remote role, there will be some hybrid work in the Atlanta office on occasion.

Key responsibilitiesย 

  • Work closely withย Americasย regional sales leaders to understand field needs and challenges and ensure that enablement programs are tailored to support the sales teams in achieving their targets.ย ย 
  • Oversee the delivery of targeted enablement programs, including training, workshops, and tools ensuring consistency and quality of enablement content and delivery across all regions.ย ย 
  • Act as the primary liaison between regional sales teams and global enablement. Gather feedback from the field to inform and improve global enablement strategies and programs.ย ย 
  • Onboarding: support the Americasย new hiresย toย ramp quicklyย ย 
  • Helpย maintainย our sales enablement platform,ย Highspotย ย 
  • Drive adoption ofย enablement initiatives,ย sales tools,ย and methodologies (e.g.ย Onboarding,ย Salesforceย hygiene, MEDDPICC, etc.) and coach sellers on best practice.ย 
  • Analyzeย sales performance and enablement metricsย 
  • Collaborate with the global Sales Enablement teamย and Sales Operations teamย to localize global programs for the Americas and to share regional best practice back into the wider function.ย 

Key requirementsย 

  • 1+ years of experience in sales, sales enablement, salesย operations or a closely related commercial function within B2B SaaS or enterprise software.ย 
  • Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle and modern sales methodologies (e.g. BANT, MEDDICC, Challenger, Command of the Message) and the ability to coach sellers on applying them.
  • Excellent project management skills, comfortable running multiple initiatives in parallel across time zones and stakeholder groups.ย 
  • Confident facilitator and communicator, equally effective leading a live workshop, recording asynchronousย contentย or writing crisp sales-ready collateral.ย 
  • Analytical mindset - able to define success metrics, interpret sales performance data and translate findings into clear recommendations.ย 
  • Hands-on experience with CRM (Salesforce or equivalent), sales engagementย platformsย and learning/content tools (e.g.ย Highspot, Seismic,ย Showpad, Gong).ย 
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, international environment and is happy operating in the EST time zone to support the Americas region.ย 
  • Fluent written and spoken English;ย additionalย languages are a plus.ย 

Nice to haveย 

  • Experience with AI tools, especially in the sales and enablement spaceย 
  • Experience in the retail, CPG, supplyย chainย or wider enterprise software space.ย 
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles, instructionalย designย or formal train-the-trainer experience.ย 
  • Exposure to international or matrixed organizations, including working across multiple regions or business units.ย 
  • Experience supporting partner or channel enablement in addition to direct sales.ย 
  • Working knowledge of video production, e-learning authoring tools (e.g. Articulate, Camtasia)ย or basic graphic design.ย 
  • Additionalย language skills relevant to the Americas region (e.g. Spanish, Portuguese, French).ย 
  • Designย and delivery ofย enablement programs - onboarding, ongoing training, certifications.ย
