The Opportunity
We're expanding our DC-area team and seeking exceptional part-time SAT/ACT tutors who are passionate about unlocking top scores for driven high school students.
This is highly rewarding, top-paying work with complete schedule flexibility, perfect alongside grad school, teaching, or other commitments, plus genuine opportunities to grow into multi-subject tutoring, leadership roles, and long-term career development with our company.
Location
In-home tutoring throughout Washington, DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia (DMV area). Tutors must live in or near the region and have reliable transportation.
Schedule
- Primarily weekday evenings (4-10 PM) and weekends
- Minimum commitment: 8 tutoring hours/week (example: 1-2 weekday evenings + one weekend day)
- You control your availability; we match you with families that fit your schedule

- Deliver engaging 2-hour private SAT/ACT sessions in students' homes
- Design tailored lesson plans that target each student's unique strengths and weaknesses
- Build strong rapport with students and parents through clear, proactive communication
- Collaborate with our team to track progress and continuously improve strategies
- Complete our comprehensive paid training program (50-60 hours), widely regarded as one of the best in the industry
