Network & Infrastructure Security Analyst (AI Training)
About the Role
We're partnering with the world's leading AI research teams to build frontier AI models - and we need experienced security practitioners to help get it right. As a Network & Infrastructure Security Analyst, you'll analyze real-world enterprise security scenarios, classify incidents, and generate the high-quality data that teaches AI systems how to think like a seasoned security professional.

What You'll Do
  • Analyze network, endpoint, and email security scenarios across modern enterprise environments
  • Review firewall, EDR, SIEM, and infrastructure security cases to diagnose what went wrong and why
  • Classify incidents, misconfigurations, and control failures based on realistic operational data
  • Create, label, and validate security training and evaluation datasets used to improve AI systems
  • Clearly articulate root causes, threat vectors, and business impact in structured formats
  • Work independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments
Who You Are
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in network, infrastructure, or endpoint security roles
  • Solid working knowledge of firewalls, EDR, email security, IAM, SIEMs, and enterprise security tooling
  • Strong understanding of how real organizations deploy and operate security controls in production
  • Ability to explain complex security issues clearly - both technically and in terms of business risk
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
Nice to Have
  • Experience with threat hunting, incident response, or red/blue team operations
  • Familiarity with common security frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, CIS Controls)
  • Prior exposure to AI, data labeling, or security research workflows
