Job description

If your last sales job had you cold-calling strangers off a purchased list, this one works differently - and we think you'll notice the difference on day one.
The Core Difference
Every single conversation you have here starts because someone already reached out. They filled out a form, requested a quote, or called in - they want to talk about life insurance coverage. You're not convincing anyone that they should care. You're helping people who already do figure out what fits their family and their budget.
What the Role Actually Involves
You'll work a mix of inbound leads (people who contacted us directly) and warm outbound leads (people who requested info but haven't been reached yet). Every call or Zoom session follows a similar arc: understand the family's situation, walk through relevant coverage options across our 60+ carrier partners, answer their questions honestly, and help them make a decision. Some conversations close same-day. Others take a follow-up call or two. Either way, you're tracking your activity daily and staying consistent with your production goals - that consistency is what separates agents who make this a real career from agents who fizzle out in month two.
Training That Actually Prepares You
You don't need insurance experience to start here. Our onboarding covers the fundamentals of life insurance products, how to run a client conversation, common objections and how to handle them honestly, and the systems you'll use daily. After initial training, you'll have ongoing access to coaching and team support as you build your book.
Compensation
This is a commission-only role with an uncapped structure - meaning there's no ceiling on what you can earn, and also no floor beyond what you produce. New reps typically bring home $800 to $1,200 per policy sold. Realistically, that translates to:
  • Part-time agents: $50,000+ in year one
  • Full-time agents: $80,000 to $300,000+ in year one

Pay is distributed daily and weekly depending on how commissions clear, and there are additional performance-based bonuses layered on top for agents who hit certain production milestones.
Requirements
  • Comfortable and confident on the phone
  • Coachable - willing to follow a proven script and training system rather than improvising from day one
  • U.S. citizen or legal resident
  • Able to pass a standard background check
  • Life & Health insurance license, or a genuine willingness to obtain one quickly through our guided process

Why Now
We're actively building out our remote team and have a limited number of openings in this hiring cycle. If warm leads, real training, and uncapped commission sound like a fair trade for your effort, apply today - we review applications quickly and aim to get back to qualified candidates within two business days.
