Job description

About DoorLoop

DoorLoop is redefining property management software as the AI-native operating platform for innovative property management teams. With offices in Miami, New York City, and Tel Aviv, we’re a global company helping property owners and managers move faster, scale smarter, and get real support, real fast.

We’re proudly People First. That’s why we’re a Certified Great Place to Work, recognized by Forbes as one of America’s Best Startup Employers (2024 & 2025), and highly rated on Glassdoor.

Mission

DoorLoop is looking for a Head of Paid Acquisition to own our full paid media program end-to-end — solo, hands-on, and AI-augmented — at millions in year in spend across Google, Bing, Meta, and emerging channels. This is a senior IC role built for someone who runs circles around traditional teams by wiring together custom tooling, automated workflows, and sharp analytical instincts. If you've been waiting for the role where you get full ownership, real budget, and zero layers of approval overhead, this is it.

Responsibilities

  • Own and operate all paid channels (Google, Bing, Meta, and future channels including TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, programmatic) with hands-on day-to-day management of campaigns, bids, budgets, and structure
  • Build and maintain a proprietary AI-augmented workflow stack — custom GPTs, n8n/Make automations, anomaly detection scripts, and bid management tools — that compounds efficiency over time
  • Drive full-funnel attribution by implementing server-side CAPI, offline conversion imports, and a closed-loop measurement model connecting paid spend to Lead → MQL → SQL → closed-won revenue
  • Lead a systematic creative testing program (30–50 net-new ad variants/month on Meta), briefing creative resources and iterating on performance data with structured test-and-learn frameworks
  • Collaborate with product/web on landing page strategy and conversion rate experimentation tied directly to paid traffic outcomes
  • Build and own a daily reporting dashboard and blended performance reporting (CAC, MER, LTV ratios) that gives the CMO and CFO real-time visibility into paid efficiency
  • Identify and graduate new paid channels from small-scale tests to scaled spend, with a clear framework for channel qualification and budget reallocation

Benefits:
  • Unlimited paid time off: take unlimited personal, sick, and vacation days.
  • 401(k): plan for retirement with 4% matching and instant vesting.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance: we offer medical coverage for employees through United Healthcare and dental and vision coverage through Guardian, with 25% coverage for dependents across all plans.
  • Life insurance: $100,000 policy fully covered by DoorLoop.
  • Disability insurance: short- and long-term disability insurance fully covered by DoorLoop.
  • Paid parental leave: paid maternity and paternity leave for birth and adoption.
  • Monthly stipend: a dedicated budget for work-related expenses.
  • Best-in-class equipment: Get a company laptop and all the top-tier tools to set you up for success.

Compensation Range:

DoorLoop offers a competitive compensation package for this role, with an expected range of $200,000–$240,000 USD annually, depending on experience, expertise, and geographic location.

Location: Remote (East Coast U.S. only)

To support collaboration across time zones and working hours, this role is limited to candidates located on the East Coast of the United States.

Equal Opportunity Employer & AI:

DoorLoop is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, pregnancy, genetic information, citizenship status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law. We use AI-assisted tools, including assessment tools that evaluate cognitive ability and personality fit, to help evaluate applications. Human oversight is maintained and no hiring decision is made solely by an automated system. For positions that can be performed in New York City, candidates may request an alternative selection process. Applicants with disabilities may also request reasonable accommodation at any stage of the hiring process. For any of these requests please contact HR@doorloop.com. For more information about the tools we use, bias audit results, and how we collect and protect applicant personal data, please review our Applicant Privacy Notice.

Requirements:
  • 7+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience managing $5M+/year in paid spend, with direct ownership of campaigns — not oversight of an agency
  • Hands-on ownership of at least 2 of Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Bing Ads at $300k+/month each, with verifiable results and account-level examples you can walk through
  • Verifiable AI integration in your daily workflow — Claude code expertise, custom GPTs, agents, n8n/Make automations, Python/JavaScript scripts, or equivalent — you can demo your actual stack, not just describe it
  • SQL or warehouse-level data fluency (BigQuery, dbt, Looker, or similar) — you can write a query, build a dashboard calculation, and define your own attribution logic without waiting on a data team
  • B2B or B2B2C SaaS background with a strong inbound-motion understanding — you know what an MQL is, how lead quality degrades, and how to connect paid spend to pipeline metrics
  • True IC operator mindset — you want to be in the accounts, building the tools, and shipping the work, not managing people who do those things

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in PropTech, property management software, or SMB-vertical SaaS where the buyer is a small business owner or operator
  • Public footprint demonstrating you think in public — an X/Twitter presence, blog, newsletter, podcast appearance, or conference talk about performance marketing or AI-augmented growth
  • Hands-on experience with server-side conversion APIs, first-party data stacks, and offline conversion imports into Google or Meta — you've personally configured these, not just scoped them
  • Lived through the iOS 14 / Meta Advantage+ transition era with real scar tissue — you rebuilt measurement models and came out the other side with a working attribution approach

What We Offer

  • Full ownership of a paid program with direct CMO reporting and zero committee approvals slowing you down
  • Competitive senior-level compensation with performance upside tied to real CAC and growth metrics that you directly control
  • A fast-moving, high-trust environment at one of the fastest-growing proptech SaaS companies — your work has immediate, visible impact on the business
  • Access to best-in-class tooling budget — buy, build, or assemble whatever stack you need to operate at maximum leverage
  • Hybrid flexibility with a collaborative team that respects deep work and won't pull you into meetings that should have been a dashboard
  • A clear path to shaping team structure in year two — if the data warrants it, you'll have input on who gets hired to support the program you built
