Remote Free Lpn Training prepares individuals for licensed practical nurse roles, requiring more extensive training and certification. In contrast, Remote Free CNA Training focuses on entry-level patient care roles with shorter training periods. Both are vital in healthcare but differ in scope, responsibilities, and certification requirements.
100% Remote – Anywhere in the U.S.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift (No weekends unless overtime is required)
We are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) with prior remote prior authorization experience to join our team. In this role, you will review and process prior authorization (PA) requests, communicate with healthcare providers, and ensure accurate, timely approvals or escalations.
Review and process prior authorization requests according to policies and clinical guidelines
Serve as the decision-maker for PA approvals and escalate to pharmacists when needed
Accurately document all calls, case details, and outcomes in the system
Answer calls promptly, including escalated calls in the nurse phone queue
Ensure proper processing, review, and maintenance of all PA paperwork
Participate in ongoing training and team development
Active LPN license in the state of practice (must include screenshot at top of resume)
1–3 years of work experience, preferably in healthcare or insurance
Remote prior authorization experience required
High school diploma or GED required; nursing degree preferred
Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working independently in a quiet, distraction-free home office with hardwired internet
