The Body & Soul Quality Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) for a full-time, remote telehealth position. This position is fully remote, utilizing telehealth technologies to facilitate appointments and deliver counseling services. We utilize state-of-the-art teleconferencing tools and electronic health record systems to streamline client interactions and documentation, allowing counselors to focus on what they do best: providing impactful mental health care.

• Maintain a caseload of diverse clients, establishing strong rapport and professional relationships while adhering to ethical guidelines.
• Regularly meet with clients to discuss their progress, stability, and any upcoming appointments, ensuring a thorough understanding of their journey.
• Develop and implement person-centered treatment plans that address client needs and goals, monitoring progress throughout the therapeutic process.
• Keep accurate and timely documentation and progress notes for each client, fulfilling all legal and organizational requirements.
• Conduct intake assessments to gather comprehensive client histories and current mental health concerns.
• Engage in regular individual therapy sessions to provide ongoing support and interventions.
• Participate in continuous supervision for professional growth and compliance with best practices.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and other healthcare providers, to optimize client care.
• Embrace a growth mindset, actively seeking new knowledge and skills to enhance service delivery.

In this role, you will primarily work with an outpatient population, encompassing a broad range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Our clients come from various backgrounds, and we are committed to providing culturally competent care that recognizes and respects individual differences. Your expertise will be instrumental in empowering clients to build resilience and promote their mental well-being.

• A Master's degree in mental health counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field is required.
• Must hold an unrestricted, independent, and current Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.
• At least one year of experience providing mental health services in an outpatient clinical setting after obtaining licensure.
• Proficiency in using digital tools, including electronic health records, telehealth platforms, and basic office software such as spreadsheets and email clients.
• Experience conducting clinical intake assessments is highly desirable.

• Demonstrated experience providing individual psychotherapy to diverse populations is preferred.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness practices.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team setting.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, based on experience and qualifications. Our compensation structure includes a fee-for-service model with guaranteed rates paid in advance, eliminating the wait for reimbursement.
