Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, including thorough intake sessions utilizing structured interviews and validated assessment tools.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with each client's unique goals and identified challenges, monitoring their progress throughout therapy.
• Facilitate individualized psychotherapy sessions using evidence-based practices, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused approaches, tailored to client preferences.
• Utilize robust teletherapy platforms to maintain seamless communication and engagement with clients, ensuring a supportive and effective virtual experience.
• Provide timely crisis interventions when necessary, managing acute mental health issues with empathy and professionalism, ensuring client safety and stability.
• Commit to ongoing professional development by participating in workshops, seminars, and regular supervision, keeping current with best practices and emerging trends in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your caseload will include a diverse clientele, allowing you to engage with individuals from various backgrounds and experiences. You will work closely with clients who are navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and more, ensuring that each receives compassionate and effective care tailored to their specific needs.

Qualifications

• Active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for the establishment of trust and rapport with clients.
• Proven organizational and time-management abilities to handle a flexible caseload effectively.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a telehealth setting is highly desirable, as it demonstrates adaptability to remote therapeutic interactions.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques and dedication to lifelong learning in mental health practices.
• Experience in managing a diverse clientele and ability to navigate multifaceted issues that may arise in therapy sessions.
