• Conduct thorough intake assessments through interviews, observational techniques, and standardized testing to evaluate patients' mental health needs.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapeutic treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring they are tailored to meet each patient’s unique context and needs.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with facility and licensing standards, thereby contributing to effective continuity of care.
• Engage in weekly clinical team meetings to review cases, share insights, and enhance collaborative treatment strategies.
• Provide crisis counseling and outreach services in diverse settings, such as schools and homes, to ensure comprehensive support for clients in distress.
• Facilitate specialized counseling groups addressing topics like grief, anger management, and adolescent issues, creating a supportive space for individuals to share and learn.

Your primary focus will be on serving a diverse clientele, including individuals from various cultural backgrounds, families facing relational challenges, and couples experiencing emotional disorders. • A valid LMFT license in Washington State is required.
• A Master's degree in psychology, social work, or behavioral science is essential for this role.
• Certification in one or more treatment modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, or other relevant methodologies.
• Current CPR certification is necessary to ensure preparedness for emergencies.
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) to efficiently document patient encounters and treatment plans.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, with an ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience is preferred, with experience in medical social work being highly advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to enhance treatment outcomes.

This position offers an attractive salary range of $80,000 to $90,000 per year, supplemented by performance-based incentives.
