Job description

About Pivotal Health

Pivotal Health is the leading technology platform that helps healthcare providers get paid fairly in an increasingly complex reimbursement landscape.

Today, many providers face persistent underpayment from health insurance companies, despite delivering high-quality care. While processes like IDR (Independent Dispute Resolution) were designed to promote fairness, they’re often administrative-heavy, time-consuming, and difficult to navigate without the right tools.

Pivotal Health combines software, data, and service into a seamlessly integrated, AI-driven platform that simplifies these complex reimbursement workflows. We help providers efficiently dispute underpaid claims, reduce administrative burden, and recover the reimbursement they’re entitled to; without adding more work to already stretched teams.

Our full-service IDR solution is just the starting point. We’re building solutions that enable providers to operate with clarity, control, and confidence across the reimbursement journey.

About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Analyst, Revenue Operations to help lead our pro forma modeling and deal support function as we scale our GTM and partnerships motion. You'll manage RFP responses, and support analytics across the full customer lifecycle — from marketing attribution through pipeline and customer health. You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Partnerships, and play a critical role in shaping how we model deal economics and scale our revenue processes as the business grows. This role reports directly to our Head of Revenue Operations, and will work closely alongside our current Senior Analyst, who will help onboard and mentor you.

What You'll Do
  • Evaluate deal economics, assumptions, and risk — using business judgment alongside formulas, not just the formulas alone.

  • Own RFP responses end to end, coordinating input from technical, legal, and business stakeholders to deliver clean, accurate submissions on deadline.

  • Support full customer lifecycle analytics, from marketing attribution to pipeline generation to customer health and retention.

  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Success to improve data quality, reduce ambiguity, and speed up decision-making.

  • Drive CRM data hygiene, flagging risks, gaps, or improvement opportunities for revenue teams.

  • Maintain and refine pro forma templates, models, and supporting documentation to improve scalability and consistency.

  • Support SaaS and partnership deal structuring, including channel and revenue-share economics.

  • Deliver clear, decision-ready analyses to support prospect and partner conversations.

  • Identify opportunities to automate manual, repetitive processes (e.g., contract routing, commission exports, reporting) to improve speed and accuracy.

Who You Are
  • 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales/Marketing Analytics, Finance, Strategy, Consulting, or a similarly rigorous analytical role.

  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, comfortable building and iterating on complex models quickly, even when inputs are imperfect.

  • Experience building pricing, forecasting, or deal economics models that hold up under scrutiny from Sales and Finance.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce and/or HubSpot preferred; exposure to BI/analytics tools (e.g., Looker, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) or SQL a plus.

  • Track record partnering cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product to turn data into decisions.

  • Exposure to SaaS and/or partnership/channel deal structures a plus; sales enablement background also a plus.

  • Excellent communicator, comfortable pushing back respectfully when scrutinizing numbers for accuracy.

  • Comfortable operating with urgency and ambiguity in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.

  • Low ego, high ownership.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

We’re a collaborative, low-ego team on a mission to make healthcare reimbursement fairer for providers. While we primarily hire around our core hubs–Los Angeles and New York–we remain open to exceptional talent outside those regions. Remote and hybrid flexibility varies by role and team, and is outlined in each job description.

If you’re excited by solving complex problems and making a real-world impact, we’d love to hear from you.

Benefits Include:

  • Competitive compensation, including equity

  • Full health, dental, and vision coverage

  • Retirement savings plan through 401(k)

  • Flexible time off

  • Opportunities for company-wide connection and events

Ready to Make an Impact?
We’re building something meaningful; and we want you on the team.

Bring your ideas, curiosity, and drive, and let’s transform healthcare reimbursement together.
