• Conduct comprehensive assessments for new clients, developing individualized treatment plans based on their unique needs and circumstances.
• Provide regular therapy sessions that incorporate evidence-based techniques and methodologies to address mental health disorders and substance use issues.
• Maintain accurate and thorough records of client progress and treatment outcomes, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Engage actively in staff meetings to collaborate with team members and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
• Manage a robust caseload, effectively prioritizing clients' needs and coordinating their care with other healthcare providers as necessary.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Blissful Counseling Hub, you will work with a diverse clientele experiencing varying degrees of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Clients may range from individuals seeking personal growth to families navigating difficult transitions. Your expertise will play a crucial role in helping clients articulate their needs and achieve better mental health outcomes.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• An active LMFT license in the state of Oregon.
• A minimum of two years of hands-on clinical experience in mental health therapy.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on building strong therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Proficient problem-solving capabilities that enable you to address complex client situations effectively.

While not mandatory, experience with evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) will be viewed favorably.
