POSITION SUMMARY
Radiology Partners is expanding our premier practice to support our exciting growth throughout the state of Florida. RP Florida is currently seeking a Remote Overnight General Radiologist to join our talented team. Ideal candidates will be comfortable interpreting a wide range of general diagnostic imaging beyond their subspecialty and value working in a collaborative environment.

• W-2 Employment & 1099 options: pay per click or base plus productivity
• Average of 9-11 work units per hour
• Multiple bonus options available, $100,000 commencement bonus & retention bonuses
• Flexible schedule options: 7 on/ 7 off or 7 on/ 14 off; Overnight hours 11pm - 7am or 12am - 8am EST
• Option for 7-hour shifts
• Additional opportunities to earn supplemental income through optional shifts during time off
• Case mix includes ER with all general modalities, trauma, and entire stroke protocol
• Fully integrated workstation under RP Cloud Enterprise tech stack; Includes Intelerad PACS, Clario Worklist, and PowerScribe dictation software to maximize efficiency and streamline workflows
• Continued AI enhancements through platforms and programs such as Aidoc, RecoMD, and Best Practice Recommendation (BPR) Templates

LOCAL PRACTICE AND COMMUNITY OVERVIEW
RP Florida serves 8 HCA hospitals and multiple freestanding emergency rooms across the Greater Tampa region and Florida's Gulf Coast. We provide expertise across all major radiology subspecialties, offering both on-site and remote reading services, along with a variety of procedural cases. Our team-based model fosters exceptional patient care through the strategic use of shared resources, state-of-the-art technology, and comprehensive support at both the national and local levels. DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 1 year of experience required
• Candidates must be residency-trained in Diagnostic Radiology
• Fellowship training in Body, MSK or Neuro is welcomed but not required
• Board eligible or certified by American Board of Radiology (ABR) or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology (AOBR)
• FL License required or the ability to obtain a FL License; Must be licensed in home state as well

COMPENSATION:
The salary range for this position is $485,000-$1,000,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
