As a Meta Ads Specialist at Energize Group, you will play a pivotal role in the creation and optimization of ads on Meta platforms. Responsibilities include managing ad budgets, implementing split testing strategies, and providing timely reports for performance analysis. The ideal candidate will be proficient in utilizing various software tools, possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in social media marketing, and demonstrate expertise in digital advertising with exceptional creativity and problem-solving skills. This is a fully remote position.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and launch ongoing ads on Meta platforms
  • Manage creative requests and ensure timely delivery
  • Track and manage ad budgets effectively
  • Conduct monthly budget resets and adjustments as needed
  • Implement split testing and optimization strategies for optimal ad performance
  • Adjust ad strategies based on performance data and market trends
  • Handle ad account cancellations and related tasks
  • Perform weekly checks on ad accounts to monitor performance
  • Update ClickUp Notes with relevant information and updates
  • Set up new ad accounts and ensure proper configuration
  • Manage Facebook payment and billing processes
  • Integrate with GHL for efficient ad campaign operations
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly marketing reports for performance analysis
  • Coordinate monthly budget resets and adjustments as per marketing goals
  • Be proficient in the use of various software and tools utilized by Energize Group, including GoHighLevel, the Google Suite, Slack, Canva, Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager, and ClickUp
 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or similar experience in social media marketing
  • Proven work experience in social media advertising and campaign management
