Product Operations Analyst

Role Summary:
Senior analytical specialist focused on teammate-facing clinical applications (CWOW), clinical metric frameworks, and complex data workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead reporting design, data pipelines, and validation for core clinical metrics (including Permanent CVC Order Utilization, Care Activity On-Time Reporting, Pure Flow Flagging, and Vital Check Compliance).
Partner directly with Clinical Product Managers and operational leaders on metric definitions, baselines, and clinical workflow analysis.
Build and optimize advanced SQL pipelines and BigQuery data models to support scalable self-serve analytics.
Automate Key Result (KR) reporting to eliminate manual compilation.
Conduct peer reviews, quality checks, and root-cause analysis on clinical data anomalies.
Qualifications:
4 7 years of progressive experience in clinical data analytics, healthcare business intelligence, or product analytics.
Advanced SQL mastery and extensive experience with cloud data platforms (Google Cloud Platform / BigQuery).
Strong understanding of clinical workflows, EHR data structures, and clinical quality metrics.
Python/ETL scripting skills are strong pluses.
