This position is fully remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance. Our telehealth setting enables you to conduct therapy sessions via secure video conferencing platforms, facilitating real-time interaction with clients. You will work Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring a structured routine that allows for continuous professional engagement without the constraints of a traditional office environment. • Conduct comprehensive client evaluations to understand their unique backgrounds, challenges, and needs, facilitating the development of personalized treatment plans.
• Lead therapeutic sessions using evidence-based practices, addressing the mental health concerns of individuals, couples, and families.
• Assist clients in setting realistic therapy goals and provide ongoing support to facilitate their progress throughout the therapeutic journey.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, adhering to HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health counseling and actively participate in training and professional development opportunities.

In this role, you will serve a diverse population of clients, including those facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Your therapeutic interventions will be tailored to meet clients from various cultural backgrounds and age groups, ensuring equitable access to mental health resources. Your expertise will support clients in overcoming personal challenges and achieving their mental health goals, significantly impacting their overall well-being.

• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• An active Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) license valid in Vermont.
• Demonstrated experience providing therapy, with a focus on diverse populations and age groups.
• A strong foundation in evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or others relevant to the practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to work both independently and within a cross-functional team environment.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health counseling setting.
• Experience working in a telehealth environment and familiarity with virtual therapeutic platforms.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and compliance purposes.
