Griffin and Associates Psychotherapy, Consultation Services, is seeking a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. • Manage a diverse caseload by establishing rapport and building positive therapeutic relationships with clients while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.
• Conduct regular sessions to review client progress, discuss stability and upcoming appointments, and determine appropriate discharge when necessary.
• Create, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, tailored to fit their individual needs.
• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation including progress notes and clinical assessments for each client.
• Perform intake assessments to effectively gather pertinent client information and understand their unique circumstances.
• Participate in individual clinical supervision to enhance skills and ensure the highest level of care.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care that addresses both mental and physical health needs.

We serve a diverse outpatient population that includes individuals from various socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds. Our clients range from children and adolescents to adults and families, all seeking support for various mental health challenges. By utilizing a comprehensive telehealth model, we ensure equal accessibility to our services, allowing for a broader outreach to those in need.

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling, psychology, or a related field.
• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.
• A minimum of one year’s experience in a clinical outpatient setting following graduation.
• Proficient with technology including familiarity with Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and Pimsy for managing client information and records.

• Demonstrated experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
• Comfort and agility in conducting intake assessments and evaluating client needs.
• Experience working within a telehealth or virtual care setting is advantageous.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $90,000 annually based on experience and qualifications. We operate on a Fee-for-Service model, ensuring guaranteed rates paid ahead of collections, allowing for more immediate compensation. Additional benefits include:
