• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement individualized positive behavior support plans tailored to the needs of clients.
• Engage in all licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Act as a liaison to relevant service systems, including state agencies and community partners, to facilitate access to essential resources.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local, state, and federal agencies, as well as private organizations, to promote our programs and secure potential new partnerships and funding sources.
• Actively participate in professional development opportunities such as conferences, workshops, and task forces to enhance your expertise and represent the agency in statewide meetings.
• Champion the agency mission, values, and principles in all interactions, promoting a culture of inclusion and respect.

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population facing various mental health challenges, including those recovering from substance use issues, individuals with developmental disabilities, and clients experiencing the aftermath of acquired brain injuries. Your approach will be tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual, ensuring that their goals for wellness and recovery are prioritized.

• A Master’s Degree in the mental health field is mandatory, emphasizing the importance of advanced education in delivering effective psychotherapy.
• An independent LMHC License is required to practice within the state of Washington.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the mental health sector, showcasing your expertise and commitment to the field.
• Demonstrated experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, with a focus on assessment and intervention.
• Ability to conduct thorough intake assessments and develop personalized treatment plans based on client evaluations.

• Experience with collaborative care models and integrative approaches to mental health.
• Familiarity with community health systems and resources available in Issaquah, Washington, maximizing the impact of the services provided.
• Skills in crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques to support clients in distress.

The salary range for this position is between USD 100,000 to 105,000 yearly, reflecting your qualifications and contributions to our organization. We offer a robust benefits package that includes:
