Job description

Job Overview:
The Revenue Enablement Director architects and governs the GTM operating model to drive predictable, efficient revenue growth across the customer lifecycle. This role owns the systems, processes, and execution frameworks that power the revenue engine - not just enabling teams, but also ensuring consistent, high-quality GTM performance.
Operating as a strategic builder and hands-on leader, this role translates GTM priorities into scalable execution mechanisms that improve pipeline velocity, conversion, forecast accuracy, and net revenue retention (NRR). This leader reports into the Senior Director of Revenue Strategy & Operations, and partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and other supporting teams to influence planning and revenue strategy decisions.
Job Responsibilities:
GTM Operating Model & Revenue Architecture
  • Architect and continuously evolve the end-to-end GTM operating model across the revenue lifecycle
  • Establish clear operating standards, execution frameworks, and performance expectations
  • Drive alignment across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps to ensure a unified revenue system

Pipeline Governance, Forecasting & Revenue Performance
  • Own pipeline governance frameworks and enforce execution rigor across the funnel
  • Improve pipeline health, velocity, and conversion through disciplined inspection and operating cadences
  • Drive forecast accuracy and predictability through standardized methodologies and leadership alignment

Revenue Productivity & Execution Excellence
  • Standardize revenue motions, qualification frameworks, and deal execution practices
  • Reduce friction in the sales process to improve seller productivity and consistency
  • Identify and operationalize levers to improve conversion rates and revenue efficiency

Manager Effectiveness & Execution Discipline
  • Institutionalize front-line manager excellence through coaching frameworks and inspection rigor
  • Establish consistent performance management rhythms that drive accountability and execution quality
  • Enable leaders to effectively manage pipeline, forecast, and team performance

Revenue Systems, Workflows & Operating Efficiency
  • Partner within Revenue Operations to optimize CRM adoption, data integrity, and workflow design
  • Simplify and scale GTM processes to improve execution efficiency and visibility
  • Ensure systems and tooling reinforce desired behaviors and revenue outcomes

Change Leadership & GTM Transformation
  • Lead adoption of new revenue motions, processes, and strategic initiatives

Job Requirements:
  • 8-12+ years in Revenue Enablement, Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, or GTM roles

  • Experience architecting GTM processes, pipeline governance, and forecasting frameworks
  • Proven experience with change management within large organizations of varying maturity levels
  • Strong ability to operate both strategically and as a hands-on builder in an IC capacity
  • Experience with revenue technology platforms used to improve sales productivity and revenue outcomes
  • Demonstrated influence with senior GTM leadership (Sales, Marketing, CS) on planning and resource decisions
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience in SaaS environement required. EdTech or high-growth B2B environments preferred.
