JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Abington College Advising Center is seeking applicants for part-time job of Administrative Support.

Job Duties
  • Helping to schedule advising appointments.
  • Assisting with NSO advising database.
  • Answering phones, working with walk-in questions.
  • Assistance with social media posts.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Excellent computer skills: MS Suite including Excel, Word, One Drive.
  • Experience with databases- the ability to search and find student data.
  • Good customer service skills.
  • Experience posting on social media.

Schedule: Approximately 20 hours per week

Compensation: The starting rate for this job is $17.00/hour
