As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at We Care Healthcare Center, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough mental health assessments to evaluate clients' needs and establish a suitable treatment plan.
• Managing a caseload of 25-30 clients each week, delivering individual, family, and group therapy through telehealth platforms.
• Documenting treatment progress and maintaining accurate case notes, treatment plans, and diagnostics as per company policy.
• Engaging in collaborative communication with case managers, families, and other health professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Utilizing innovative and evidence-based interventions to facilitate client growth and goal achievement.
• Providing excellent customer service and support, exemplifying professionalism and a client-centered approach in every interaction.

Your role will involve working with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, couples, and families. You will encounter various therapeutic needs, ranging from family dynamics and communication issues to individual mental health struggles such as depression and anxiety. To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Experience in developing and executing treatment plans along with documentation of clinical case notes.
