Overview

Triad Financial Services is seeking a high-performing Insurance Sales Advisor to grow our insurance business by serving our existing base of manufactured-home loan customers. This is a remote opportunity.

About us: Triad is one of the most established and trusted manufactured-home lenders in the country. We are a growing, industry-leading company known for its strong customer relationships, supportive culture, and commitment to helping sales professionals succeed.

Our Insurance Advisors connect with customers at key moments - most often at policy renewal, using a consultative approach that protects customers' homes and assets. This is a great opportunity to join a leading financial services franchise; the earning power of a high-performance sales role, backed by the stability and benefits of an established lender with more than 60 years in the business.

Why This Role Stands Out

  • NO COLD CALLING. You start with warm, high-intent lead-existing customers who already know and trust Triad.
  • Business with strong conversion rates. Our top sales reps are trending at about one in two conversations into a sale.
  • Six-figure earning potential, uncapped. In addition to your base salary, we offer a highly competitive bonus structure to incentivize new business sales. Your total income reflects your results, with no ceiling on what you can earn. Sky is the limit!
  • Work from home. Enjoy the flexibility and convenience of a fully remote role.
  • Ongoing coaching and training. Continuous, hands-on development designed to help you perform at your best.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage warm, existing customers through outbound and inbound outreach, with a focus on policy renewal and other key lifecycle moments.
  • Lead consultative sales conversations to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
  • Build rapport quickly and guide customers to confident decisions through disciplined follow-up and strong closing skills.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales, retention, and performance targets.
  • Track all activity and pipeline accurately within agency systems and CRM tools.
  • Maintain full compliance with applicable insurance regulations and internal standards.

Required Qualifications

  • 2–5+ years of proven sales success, including demonstrated quota attainment.
  • A strong closer with a competitive, results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume, metrics-driven environment.
  • Coachable, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Active insurance license in good standing (strong preference for someone currently licensed)
  • Prior insurance sales experience.
  • Background in financial services, mortgage, banking, inside sales, or customer retention.

Why Triad and What We Offer

Triad pairs a stable, respected platform with benefits designed to support your whole life:

  • 401(k) with employer match – flexible contribution options, diverse investment choices, and access to loans or hardship distributions.
  • Comprehensive health coverage – medical, dental, and vision, plus an employee assistance program for physical, mental, and financial well-being.
  • Generous paid time off – vacation and personal time, with additional leave for philanthropy, bereavement, military, and jury duty.
  • Ongoing training and education – development and career-growth opportunities at every step.
  • Tuition reimbursement – invest in your education and unlock new career opportunities.
