• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gather insights regarding clients' mental health histories, strengths, and any existing barriers to treatment.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy employing evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Utilize well-established methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, or trauma-informed care, to guide treatment sessions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with clear goals, interventions, and progress indicators to monitor client development.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standard of coordinated care for clients.
• Conduct risk assessments and crisis interventions as necessary, equipping clients with safety planning and coping strategies.
• Ensure precise and timely documentation of all client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans, adhering to ethical and legal standards.
• Facilitate educational workshops, group therapy sessions, and support groups that promote both healing and community building.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and assessment abilities, facilitating effective relationships with clients and team members alike.

• Experience working with a culturally diverse population and knowledge of culturally competent practices.
• Familiarity with telehealth methodologies and electronic health record systems.
• Additional certifications in specialized therapeutic practices (e.g., trauma-focused therapy) are a plus.
