Job Description Summary
C&W Services is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business performance analysis across the organization. This role will partner with finance and operational teams to provide insights that support decision-making, improve financial performance, and drive operational efficiency.
The FP&A Analyst will assist in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, variance analysis, and data-driven decision support. This position is ideal for a finance professional looking to grow their career in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Forecasting
  • Support the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial models and planning tools.
  • Gather and analyze financial and operational data to support planning activities.
  • Help identify financial risks and opportunities through trend analysis.

Financial Analysis & Reporting
  • Prepare recurring financial reports, dashboards, and business performance metrics.
  • Conduct variance analysis comparing actual results to budget and forecast.
  • Analyze revenue, expenses, labor costs, and operational performance data.
  • Support month-end and year-end financial close processes as needed.

Business Support
  • Partner with finance and operational teams to provide financial insights and reporting support.
  • Assist in evaluating business cases, customer contracts, and operational initiatives.
  • Provide ad hoc financial and operational analyses for management.
  • Support leadership with data and reporting needed for key business decisions.

Performance Monitoring
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and areas for operational improvement.
  • Assist in monitoring financial performance against established goals and targets.

Systems & Process Improvement
  • Maintain reporting tools, templates, and financial databases.
  • Support efforts to automate and streamline financial reporting processes.
  • Help ensure data accuracy and consistency across financial systems and reports.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-4 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Finance, Accounting, or a related analytical role.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
  • Ability to organize and analyze large volumes of financial data.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet established deadlines.
  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in facilities services, property services, outsourcing, or other service-based industries.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, or similar platforms.
  • Internship or experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, or financial reporting processes.

The compensation for the position is: $ 80,750.00 - $95,000.00
