As a Senior Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will:

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to determine the mental health needs of patients, formulating comprehensive treatment plans that incorporate best practices and solution-focused strategies.

• Implement and administer various therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to individual patient requirements.

• Maintain detailed clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in all patient interactions.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team to provide coordinated care, participating in regular case consultations and peer reviews to discuss patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.

• Educate patients and their families by providing resources and support related to mental health issues and treatment options available within the community.

• Stay informed about current research and trends in mental health and substance abuse treatment, applying new knowledge to enhance therapeutic practices.

• Manage a diverse caseload efficiently, tracking progress towards treatment goals and ensuring that care is delivered ethically and effectively as outlined by professional organizations such as the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

You will work primarily with individuals seeking detoxification from substances and addressing co-occurring mental health disorders. The diverse client population encompasses adults facing various challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your role will be vital in guiding these individuals through their recovery journey, fostering resilience and helping them build coping skills.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida.

• A minimum of three years of experience providing psychotherapy and clinical services in a relevant setting.

• Well-versed in solution-based therapeutic modalities and interventions.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate engagement and rapport with patients.
