What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and help consolidate FP&A support across multiple global business units, creating stronger alignment, structure, and consistency across the organization.
  • Own and improve core FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, scenario planning, KPI reporting, and executive-level financial analysis.
  • Build, maintain, and explain complex financial models, including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, revenue, expense, margin, and profitability analysis.

  • Help modernize legacy systems, reporting processes, tools, and workflows as the organization moves through a major finance and systems transformation.

What Gets You the Job:

  • 10+ years of progressive FP&A, strategic finance, or corporate finance experience, ideally within a complex, global, matrixed organization.
  • Deep hands-on FP&A experience, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, board/investor reporting support, KPI dashboards, and performance analysis.
  • Strong public company corporate finance experience, with the ability to own and clearly explain three-statement financial models to senior leadership.
  • Commercial finance experience, including partnership with sales teams, sales incentives, revenue planning, pricing, profitability, and business performance drivers.
  • Experience with OneStream strongly preferred; experience with HFM, Essbase, or other consolidation and planning tools is also highly relevant.

This is a strong opportunity for an FP&A leader who wants to build, modernize, and influence a global finance function from the inside.
