About the Role micro1 is partnering with a leading AI lab to hire finance professionals from investment banking, private equity, venture capital, and hedge funds. You'll evaluate and improve how AI models handle financial reasoning, valuation, markets, and real-world investment scenarios.


Scope of Work

  1. Assess AI model outputs on valuation, financial modeling, markets, and investment analysis
  2. Create expert-level prompts and reference answers grounded in real deal experience
  3. Flag errors, weak reasoning, and unrealistic assumptions in model responses
  4. Provide domain feedback that directly shapes model behavior


Preferred Qualifications

  1. At least one year of experience at a well-known financial firm or legitimate startup (IB, PE, VC, hedge fund, or growth equity), with at least part of this experience within the past 7 years
  2. Undergraduate degree from a top-ranked university
  3. Based in an English-speaking country
  4. Strong written communication in English
