Work EnvironmentThis position allows the flexibility of remote work, with the majority of therapy sessions conducted in the clients' homes or designated outpatient locations. - Adhere to confidentiality and ethical standards, ensuring that all documentation complies with federal and state regulations regarding mental health services.

You will work primarily with children aged 3-20, particularly those with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Our clients often face complex emotional and behavioral challenges, which may include self-injurious behaviors and aggression. Qualifications- A Master's degree in Counseling, Family Therapy, or a related field is required.
- A valid and unrestricted LMFT license is mandatory.
- Availability for a minimum of 5-10 hours per week, particularly during after-school hours (4-7 pm), with weekend flexibility preferred.
- Proven ability to support positive behavior changes in youth facing high-risk situations.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to conduct home visits.
