Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and other entities
  • Assist in developing effective tax strategies to support client goals and minimize tax exposure
  • Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations, staying current on tax law changes
  • Provide proactive tax planning and advisory support, including identifying taxsaving opportunities
  • Conduct tax research and analysis to address client questions and support compliance and planning efforts
  • Assist clients in understanding the tax implications of various business and financial decisions
  • Identify potential tax risks and recommend solutions aligned with firm standards and best practices
  • Collaborate with team members and other service lines to deliver consistent, highquality client service

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • CPA license preferred, but not required
